• I test positive for new coronavirus infection and will cancel. What will be the cancellation fee?

  Cancellation due to customer reasons (e.g., illness, positive for new coronavirus infection, change in work schedule, etc.) will be subject to a cancellation fee.

• How many days in advance do you charge for cancellation?

  Cancellation fees will be charged as follows

  Reservation cancellation or change (for weekday reservations)
  No notice on the day of the event 100%.

  Reservation cancellations and changes (for reservations made on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)

• Is there a smoking area?

  Smoking is not permitted in the workshop.

• Can one person make two?

  Yes, it is possible.
  Of course, it will take more time than for a single bottle, but this is not a problem as our staff will be happy to assist you.

• Are there any hazardous operations?

  Some work may involve gas burners and hammers, but rest assured that a craftsman will accompany you on all jobs.

• Can I bring my child?

  Children are also welcome. We hope you will enjoy the experience with them.

  Strollers are welcome. Please let us know in advance if you and your child will be coming to the restaurant.

• Can I make a full order?

  Yes, it is possible to make a full custom ring. Please contact us for more information.

• How many hours will it take?

  The wedding ring course takes about 2~3 hours including design meeting, estimation, and production.

• I can't wear rings while I'm at work...

  It can also be made into a pendant by threading a chain through the ring.
  You can also choose the material and design. (We will order according to your request.)
